Every second counts during a fire, police or medical emergency. Valuable time can be lost if your house number is not clearly posted where emergency responders can see it. Police officers, firefighters and EMS responders can't provide lifesaving services to you and your family if they cannot find your house. The Mattawan Quick Response & Mattawan Fire Department is offering to provide you with a highly-visible sign in order for responders to locate your residence in a more timely manner, potentially saving time... and lives! Each sign is $20.

All proceeds will help fund the Mattawan Quick Response, a non profit organization.

After submitting the form you will receive a phone call within approximately 5 business days letting you know your sign is ready to be picked up. You may pay for the sign at the time of pick up. Methods of payments are cash or Checks made out to “Mattawan Quick Response” At this time we do not accept credit cards.
